The audio and videos made it a lot easier for me to follow along with the book and get in some extra practice. A few of the files were kind of annoying to track down, though, and some of that searching felt unnecessary

The lessons definitely helped me move from a total beginner to feeling more like a low-intermediate learner, which I’m happy about. The pace worked well for me since I didn’t want to rush. That said, some parts felt a bit repetitive, and I wish there were more challenging exercises once I started improving. Overall, it’s good if you’re okay with making steady progress over time.

the notation just didn’t line up with the tabs at all. There were a bunch of wrong notes, so it was frustrating to use.

"Guitar book felt kind of cheaply printed"
I ordered a guitar book from melbay.com, and the print quality was a letdown. Some of the pages looked a bit faded, and the notes weren’t as crisp as I expected. The paper also felt thin, almost like a cheap photocopy, haha.
For the price, I was hoping for a proper music book that felt new and solid, not something that already looked a little worn before I even used it. Maybe I just got a bad copy, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

The prices felt a bit too high for what you actually get. It’s mostly basic stuff, so I was expecting better value. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I walked away feeling like I paid more than it was really worth

"Felt like my order was forgotten"
I ordered a book it took way longer than I expected to arrive. There weren’t really any clear updates, so I was just stuck checking the mail and wondering what was going on. The book itself might be totally fine, but the shipping was frustrating, and it kind of felt like my order wasn’t much of a priority

"Details felt confusing"
I couldn’t really tell what I was buying from the description. It felt like some details were missing or maybe just written too vaguely, so I ended up ordering the wrong thing. Frustrating, especially since I feel like this could’ve been avoided with a clearer listing.

I reached out to support i never heard anything back. Frustrating when you’re just waiting around for a reply.
"Wrong book showed up"
I ordered a guitar method book, but they sent me something completely different. The weird part is the invoice had the correct book listed, so I have no idea how they still got it wrong. Feels like their order system works when it wants to. Now I’ve got to go through the hassle of returning it, which is annoying. Definitely not ordering from here again

I tried to return an order it turned into such a headache. At first I was like, okay, no big deal, returns happen. Then suddenly I was just over it because the refund was taking forever and I had to keep reaching out for updates. The return info on the site didn’t really clear things up either, which made it more frustrating. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I don’t think I’d order again if returns are this slow.

"I tried to pay twice and both times..."
I tried to pay twice and both times the checkout page just froze. After I refreshed, my cart was completely empty, which was beyond frustrating. it made me wonder if they care more about pushing sales than making the actual customer experience work properly. I ended up giving up.

I had a bad feeling when the download didn’t start properly, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t access the ebook, so the whole experience was frustrating.
